Welcome to ReCasho, your trusted partner for selling and recycling pre-owned devices. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Seller”) and ReCasho (“we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding the sale of second-hand devices (“Devices”). By using our website or selling your Device to us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Device Purchase
- ReCasho purchases devices in various physical and functional conditions.
- The offer price provided on our platform is based on details entered by the Seller, including model, condition, and market value.
- We reserve the right to revise, reduce, or cancel any offer if the Device condition does not match the Seller’s description at the time of inspection or pickup.
2. Device Inspection & Evaluation
- Every device is inspected and graded by our trained technicians.
- Evaluation includes both aesthetic (physical) and internal (software, motherboard, battery health, etc.) assessments.
- The final purchase amount will be confirmed at the time of pickup after inspection by our agent.
- If the Seller disagrees with the revised quote, they may refuse the sale before final payment.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed via bank transfer or UPI to the account details provided by the Seller.
- Once inspection is completed and the Device is approved, payment is made within 15 minutes.
- ReCasho is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank details provided by the Seller or network issues beyond our control.
4. Seller’s Responsibilities
By selling your Device to ReCasho, you confirm that:
- You are the rightful owner of the Device and have the legal right to sell it.
- The Device is not stolen, blacklisted, or involved in any criminal activity.
- All data, accounts (including iCloud/Google), and passwords have been removed before pickup.
- You will cooperate during verification and provide valid ID proof if required.
5. Data Privacy & Protection
- ReCasho ensures complete data wiping of all purchased devices before resale or recycling.
- We comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws to safeguard your personal information.
- Any data left on the Device after pickup is not ReCasho’s responsibility. Sellers are strongly advised to back up and erase all personal data before selling.
6. Warranty & Liability
- ReCasho does not provide any warranty or guarantee for Devices purchased from Sellers.
- Once payment is made and the Device is collected, ownership is fully transferred to ReCasho.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, personal information, or third-party claims after the sale is complete.
7. Disputes & Resolution
- Any concerns or disputes should be raised via email at support@recasho.in.
- We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly through mutual communication.
- In case of unresolved disputes, matters will be governed under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
8. Changes to Terms
ReCasho reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Seller and ReCasho and supersede all prior communications, negotiations, or representations regarding the sale of Devices.
